What is customs clearance and what is it for?
Customs clearance is responsible for complying with the formalities presented to the customs office for the introduction or extraction of goods into the national territory.
Article 36 of Customs Law sets out the documents necessary for its compliance: pediment, commercial invoice, BL or bill of lading and certificate of origin.
Who is responsible for customs clearance?
